1. Product Features

1) Independent channel:
ERB series is counter flow heat exchange core.  The air is forced to counter through the heat   exchange core, two air channels are separate and never come into direct contact. Two airs are entering to core by counter direction to increase the heat exchange area and heat exchange efficiency is more higher.

2) Various materials:
Different materials to be selected according to various environment and conditions, such as plain aluminum foil, hydrophilic aluminum foil, epoxy aluminum foil, stainless steel, titanium steel etc.



3) Various airflow directions:
Different air flow directions for option, especially for occasions which are not allowed return air, such as telecom outdoor cabinet, charging pile, power cabinet,  PV inverter etc.

4) High air tightness:
Airflow inlet features special bite joint (≤5 ‰ leakage), anti-leakage tech as needed, and 100% factory waterproof testing to IPX6 grade.

3. Regular size:

1) The inner air speed range should be 1m/s~2.5m/s during heat exchange core selection to achieve good operation effect.
2) Each core size request as below, any larger size can be produced by combination.

     
4. Industry application: 

Air to air plate heat exchangers are used for many industries or equipments, such as heat and energy recovery for ventilation equipments, air handle units, rotary dehumidifiers, dryer machines, lithium battery & textile film painting, food processing, farming industries etc.
Or air cooling for telecom cabinet, PV inverter, data center, base station cabinet, outdoor enclosure, energy storage cabinet, charging pile, wind power generator etc.

5. Combination products application:

According to the use and installation space, different combined mode heat exchanger core is able for choose from.


1) Increase heat transfer area, suitable for high energy recovery efficiency projects.


2) Increase the windward area, suitable for large air volume energy recovery project with workable efficiency and air resistance.


3) Increase the windward area and heat transfer area, suitable for large airflow and higher energy recovery efficiency projects.

4) Add connecting parts or chassis according to real needs.
